Welcome to StevenRogers.com

I am a twenty-seven year old artist residing in Melbourne, Fl. I have been painting ever since I was thirteen, and received my first portrait commission when I was seventeen. In 2000, I was commissioned by Patrick Air Force Base to paint a portrait of the late Major General Mason Patrick. This portrait of the General is now an official piece in the National Air Force Art Collection. The portrait has been featured on television and in numerous local and national publications.

Dr. James Wilson Shortly after painting the Generals' portrait, I was approached by the founding president of Brevard Community College, Dr. James Wilson. Dr. Wilson commissioned two portraits. One was to hang in the Brevard Community College/ University of Central Florida Library, and the other one was to be part of his private collection.

Major General Jon Cleland is a good friend of the family, and I was very honored that he commissioned me to paint his portrait. I was particularly honored when I saw how important the painting of General Clelands' father was to him. It is nice to know that my painting will be part of their family history.   Maj. Gen.
